Fraud case filed against Marigold Manpower

The Foreign Employment Department has filed a case in the Foreign Employment Tribunal against the directors and employees of Marigold Overseas Pvt.

According to Section 44 of the Foreign Employment Act, the department has filed a fraud case in the Foreign Employment Tribunal, demanding fifty percent damages and imprisonment, regarding fraud by sending Ukraine for foreign employment without obtaining a labor permit from the department.

The department claimed that the owners of the said overseas company, Ravindra Kumar Shrestha, Bhawani Prasad Koirala, Om Bahadur Karki and employee Amir Thulung, with license number 668/063/64, took Rs. Ganesh Prasad Mainali, Suraj Karki and Dipesh Gupta have filed a case in the tribunal saying that they have committed an offense under Section 43.

The department has claimed that the victim has been defrauded of 1 crore 86 lakh 15 thousand 200 rupees and the damages should be 50 percent of 93 lakh 7 thousand 600 and 2 crore 79 lakh 22 thousand 800.
